(2) Delivery Policy

Delivery usually takes 24-48 hrs from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

Missing / delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

For security reasons Softuk currently only send items to the billing address of your account.

Items priced under £25 will be sent by 1st Class mail.

Items priced £25–£75 will be sent by recorded delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
        Items priced £75 and above will be sent by special delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
